2. Check the anti-static performance. Check whether the row of pin connectors have good anti-static measures.
3. Pin connector supports a smaller current value of 20mA, it is generally recommended that its maximum use of current for not more than 80% of the nominal value, especially for point spacing is very small in electronic equipment, due to poor thermal conditions, should also reduce the current value.
4. Control the verticality of the board and pin. For direct-insert pin connectors, over the furnace to have sufficient process technology to ensure that the LED is perpendicular to the PCB board.
5. Over the wave soldering temperature and time. Must strictly control the wave front welding temperature and over the furnace time. General preheating temperature 100 ℃ ± 5 ℃, the maximum does not exceed 120 ℃, and preheating temperature rise requires a smooth, welding temperature of 245 ℃ ± 5 ℃, welding time is generally recommended that it is best not to exceed 3 seconds.
