The circular requests that the investment within the central budget be subsidized by a fixed amount.


The new 11-person standard football stadium is subsidized by 2 million yuan per stadium. For newly built five-person and seven-person football stadiums, the subsidy for each stadium shall not exceed 1 million yuan. 2. Encourage all localities to subsidize the construction of football stadiums through various financial channels such as financial funds, sports lottery public welfare funds and development finance.
